Luen Cheong Group
is a well-established Hong Kong metal packaging corporation
engaged primarily in can manufacturing & metal sheet lithographic
printing. A pioneer in its field,
our Group was established in Hong Kong in 1960 to engage in
the manufacturing of can packaging for the edible oils and food,
inks and paint, petrol and chemicals industries. To cater for
the increased demand for our products, we further expanded the
business to set up production facilities in GuangDong Province,
China in 1994. Our group consists of Luen Cheong Can
Factory Ltd. in Hong Kong, Delight Can Factory
(Dongguan) Ltd. in Dongguan and our associate company,
Delight Can Factory (ShenZhen) Ltd. in Shenzhen.
Today, Luen Cheong Group
is one of the largest and most technically advanced can manufacturer
in the South East Asia. We own the production facilities covering
60,000 square meters, where we employ over 800 employees. Since
1960, our production techniques have been continually refined
and updated to maintain our sound reputation. Our corporation

PRODUCTS
& SERVICES All
of our products are made with top quality electrolytic tinplate.
We use lead-free ink and food grade lacquer in our lithographic
process and comply with US FDA requirements. The products are
therefore rust resistant, recyclable and suitable for food contents.
Our product range includes edible oil cans, confectionery cans,
high processed food cans, chemical cans, fancy cans, trays,
irregular shaped cans, etc. We have a wide selection of can
sizes and shapes to choose from (over 700 different moulds).
Tailor-made cans are available to our valued customers and there
is no new mould cost for 200,000+ units. There
is a minimum quantity of 2,000 sheets per print run. Depending
on the size of the cans being produced, we can print approximately
2-4 cans per sheet for large cans to 50 cans per sheet for small
cans. Our corporation manages the
process from start to finish in house. This allows us to control
every step of the process and consistently deliver the cans
accurately and on time. We can use your existing artwork or
idea and apply it to a tin of your choice or we can assist you
